At the beginning of the year I decided to do PopSugar’s 2015 reading challenge. If you want to read more about it you can check it out on my old blog here and the first update here. I mentioned in my original post that even though it is a 50 book challenge my goal for this year is to only read half that many books. However I am making faster progress than I thought I would. It has slowed down a bit lately but I think that is most likely because of the nice weather!
When I saw this challenge posted on the blog Vallarina Creative I just knew I had to make one myself! The basic idea is you write 101 goals to accomplish in 1001 days. It is important to make these goals measurable and realistic. I have been working on my list for awhile now and it’s harder than I thought! The first 25 or so came pretty easy but after that it was a bit of a battle. I read probably 50+ blogs with this same challenge to help come up with ideas. I plan on doing regular updates with my progress.
When my husband and I first got married we pretty much lived off of tacos and spaghetti. I knew how to brown hamburger and that was pretty much it which left us with few options. One of my favorite “tacos” to make are crescent roll tacos! They are so easy and super delicious! We pretty much lived off of these for the first few months of our marriage.
I’ve been meaning to post this recipe for a while but I never got around to it. I took these pictures when I made it a couple of weeks ago and then realized I never took a picture of them finished! I did find a picture of when I made them another time but I made bigger ones so that is why the pictures don’t match up. Also we were out of cheese when I made these so I just skipped that part.
Hey guys! Welcome to my new blog! I apologize for being so absent from my blog recently. Now that I started this new blog I should be posting much more frequently! I am not going to transfer all of my old posts so if you would like to read them they will still be up on my old site simplykara11.weebly.com!
My current plan is to blog 2-3 times a week and then increase from there. I have some fun ideas in the works that I am excited to share with you all! See you soon!
